John Simon and TJS Global LLC operate as direct investors, direct buyers, and direct sellers of manufactured homes. Transport, installation, setup, permits, utility hookups, and site preparation are the responsibility of the buyer unless a written agreement with TJS Global LLC specifically states otherwise. Buyers should factor these costs into their budget before making a purchase decision.

5b. Photos and Descriptions

Photos shown on this website are representative of the homes we offer but minor variations may exist between images and actual condition, particularly for homes that have been moved, set, or modified after photos were taken. We recommend a physical walk-through before finalizing any purchase.
